L.L. Bean To Triple Stores By 2020
L.L. Bean will triple the number of its stores in the U.S. over the next 5 years.
In a memo to workers, President and CEO Chris McCormick said the company hopes to have "at least 100" stores by 2020.
The Maine-based company currently operates 26 full-price retail stores and 10 outlet stores in 12 states.
The company also says revenue increased by 3% in 2014. As a result, more than 5,000 eligible employees received a 5% bonus.
