At Peak's District National Park in the United Kingdom, there's a waterfall called Kinder Downfall. It really is a phenomena. It's situated in a place that at times faces some pretty strong winds, so strong in fact that the force of winds blow the water back up over the cliff. Really.

Kinder Downfall draws a good many visitors each year to see the spectacle. I'll have to put Peak's District National Park on the bucket list.
