Kid Rock Surprises a Birthday Boy [VIDEO]

Dan, who has Down Syndrome, had just turned 30 years-old, and his family took him out for a birthday dinner celebration at a local restaurant. What Dan didn't know is that his all-time favorite musical artist was coming to help celebrate the special occasion.

I'm not sure Dan's family managed to get Kid Rock to come out and spend some time with Dan and give him some incredible gifts, but you can bet that Dan and Kid will never forget the night.
