Kacey Musgraves Is Coming To Maine

The "Space Cowboy" songbird is coming to Maine this winter.

Country star Kacey Musgraves is coming to Maine. Her Oh, What A World: Tour will feature a stop in Portland. January 15 she'll perform at the State Theatre. Tickets go on-sale Friday, July 20. Opening the show is Natalie Prass.

Back in March, Musgraves released her third studio album Golden Hour. The record features a wide array of tunes that range from the traditional country twang, Americana, and the disco infused song "High Horse." It's this author's opinion that Golden Hour is easily one of the best country records to be released in 2018.

Kacey Musgraves is no stranger to Maine. She first played on the Bangor Waterfront in 2013, opening for Kenny Chesney. She would return the following year as an opening act for Willie Nelson.
