JC Penney Store Closings–Is Maine on the List?
It's hard to read news about one of my favorite stores of all time struggling in this sluggish economy. It seems no matter what changes JC Penney makes, whether it's advertising methods to generate foot traffic, special sales, or adding product lines, they just can't avoid cutting jobs and closing stores. A recent report states that JC Penney will eliminate approximately 2,000 jobs and close 33 under-performing stores across the nation.
Are Maine JC Penney stores on the closure list?
