It May Be Open Enrollment Day but Websites Aren’t Cooperating

Well it's the moment that's been heralded by some, and deeply criticized by others; the roll out of the new affordable health insurance options as part of the Affordable Health Care Act, also known as Obamacare.

At this point in time however it would appear as though Obamacare has suffered a huge "crash" as the government run websites that are designed to enroll people across the country starting today, are not working.

This was the image just a short time ago from the Maine link to the healthcare.gov site.

And apparently Maine is not the only state having problems with access to the website.

At Noon today a kickoff is being held by the Penobscot Community health Care and Maine Health Access Foundation to help educate Mainer’s about the new health insurance requirements.
