Incredible ‘E.T.’ Child Actor Audition Video

Actors, no matter how good they are or what popular shows they may performed in, still have to audition for acting jobs.

And when it comes to child actors, they generally don't have a lot of acting history to draw from.

So when I found a clip of child actor Henry Thomas auditioning for the part of Elliot in the blockbuster movie, E.T., from 1982, I was totally blown away by Thomas's performance.

It's no wonder he got the gig.
