If you are feeling the stress, join me and walk.  Stress is not a good thing. And it's brought on by things like the national tragedy in Las Vegas, but also by work, home and family. Especially work, right? So no matter what is on your mind, it's not healthy to let it get deeply rooted. That's why I'm going for a walk.

A walk is great, especially this time of year. It's not so hot you'll be sweating up a storm. It's not too cold....yet. A walk is great exercise and it's great at clearing your mind. Enjoy the fresh air, and digest all the issues of the day. Then think about the things you're grateful for. That'll add to a more relaxed feeling. And if your stress is deeper than that, reach out for help.
