I-395 Rollover Driver Charged With OUI

State Police have determined the cause of a dump truck rollover on I-395 Saturday as an impaired driver.

WABI-TV reports driver Steven Galati got too close to the guardrail while exiting the interstate onto Wilson Street in Brewer. The dump truck that was hauling tar rolled over Saturday morning.

He was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and the ramp closed for several hours while the accident was cleaned up.

Galati is charged with operating under the influence.
