Junior pitcher Ben Walls threw a seven inning complete game to help the Husson Eagles split a North Atlantic Conference doubleheader Saturday afternoon.

Walls scattered six hits and gave up just one run in the 8-1 win. He struck out three and walked three.

DH Sam Houston had three hits and a RBI. J.T. Whitten and Julian Boone each had two hits and a RBI.

The Thomas College Terriers took game one, 8-7. It was a slugfest with the two teams combining for 24 hits and seven errors.

Derek Kane and Nik Beeson each had three hits and a RBI for Thomas.

Julian Boone had three hits and a RBI for Husson.

The Eagles are now 7-8 (2-2 NAC). The Terriers are 7-8 (3-3 NAC).
