Husband + Wife Alleged Prostitution Business Busted

Working on a tip, the Knox County Sheriff's Department arrests a woman for allegedly offering sex for money through the internet.

The Sheriff's department claims that 37 year old Wendy Moody of Warren solicited sex from a deputy working an operation set up by the Patrol and Criminal Investigations divisions of the sheriff's department.

Moody was arrested yesterday at a local motel and charged with engaging in prostitution, possession and cultivation of marijuana, and violation of condition of release.

According to a press release, Moody's husband, Curtis Moody, 44, also of Warren was charged with conspiracy as deputies believe he was fully aware of, and supported, his wife's activities.

The investigation continues and others cold face charges.
