Power has been restored to more than 45,000 customers so far and there are more than 300 workers in the field working on restoring service. Hancock County has seen the most severe damage, including dozens of broken poles.Although crews will work around the clock to get power restored to customers as quickly and safely as possible, it is expected to be Friday before power is restored in all areas. Our estimated restoration times are based on the best information we have at the time, and we continuously update them as we get more information from customers and from our field crews.

Customers are encouraged to call the Customer Service Center to report urgent or emergency situations or if they are unsure if their outage has been reported. The live outage map at www.emeramaine.com shows areas where outages have been reported and are being addressed.
