Holiday Tipping–How Much? [VIDEO]

Holiday tipping. It's one expense that befuddles many of us. We want to do the right thing, but to whom do we give, and how much? Really, through the years things haven't changed a whole lot when it comes to taking care of those that provide personal services to us. Somewhere along the line someone came up with a list of those that deserve a tip complete with an amount. I'm glad they did, because I have a tendency to overextend my financial resources.
