It's hard to believe.

Even after we unite as a nation once again to mourn the loss of innocent lives as a result of the Boston terror attacks, we still have a hard time comprehending some of the threats we face as a nation.

Maine Senator Susan Collins, who serves on the Select Committee on Intelligence, spoke to me today about the investigation into the terror attacks and the prudence of federal investigators appealing to the public for help in the investigation.

In my series, Got Power? I've been reporting on the threats to our nation's infrastructure and the efforts of Maine Representative Andrea Boland to help secure Maine's electric infrastructure.

Senator Collin's statements underscore the need for Maine citizens to take a lead role in awareness and preparedness.
