We've all done it!  We've fallen on ice.

Most of the time we're lucky to walk away without any injury and just a little less of our dignity.  But, falling on ice is an easy way to break a wrist or injure your back.

How does one correctly walk on ice?  We can all take a little advice from penguins.  Yes, that's right, the cute little birds can't fly but they know how to waddle on ice!

The trick to walking on ice is to keep your center of gravity over your front leg. That's it!  Just think of yourself as a penguin and you should be all set, although you may have an urge to find open water and dive in for fish.
