The biggest excuse we all have for not exercising is that we don't have time. Am I right? Well, I read a great article today that discusses how 10 minute exercise routines can greatly help with weight loss!

I'm guessing that you can find 10 minutes in your day to workout. I mean, get up 10 minutes earlier...or take ten minutes out of your lunch hour. Maybe 10 minutes in front of the TV at night, instead of having that bag of chips!

I can personally vouch for the difference working out can make in how you feel! Especially if you're like me...middle-aged or beyond! (I'm middle-aged only if I live to 100...LOL) I was working out every week until a recent knee injury sidelined me. And now....well, I'm starting to feel my age...not good! But I'll be back to working out in the gym soon. In the meantime, I'll do at least 10 to 15 minutes of non-impact yoga, or strength training several times a week. It's great for your body...but also for your emotional well-being!
