How's this for a great way to pass an afternoon....live music...dancing...spaghetti....raffles with great giveaways...and it all benefits a woman who has been taking care of others for years? Fun, right? Well, it's all going on Saturday at Walton's Campground in Eddington. Stop by!

Helen Leger has had a tough year. First, she dealt with mercury poisoning. And now, she's battling Embryonal Rhabdomyosarcoma, a very rare form of cancer that usually shows up in children. She's facing long hospital stays and expensive procedures...so her friends wanted to find a way to help out.

Helen's Facebook friends tell me that she's always been a very giving woman, both with her family and through her job at EMMC. Now she's the one who needs some help. So they're holding the "You are not alone" Cancer Benefit.

Saturday, you're invited to dance until your feet fall off at Walton's Campground, 211 Riverside Drive in Eddington. There will be live music and raffles! And spaghetti will be served up at around 1pm! It's a BYOB event. Suggested donation at the door is $10 or, if you can't make it, you can donate online!

Have fun!
