Free Lunch For Veterans At Epic Buffet

Veterans are invited to have lunch for free on Friday at the Epic Buffet in Bangor.

Friday is Veterans Day and several area businesses will offer special deals for those who've served our country in the military. At Hollywood Casino Hotel & Raceway, that will come in the form of a free lunch at the Epic Buffet. The midday meal will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is free for all Veterans.

"While there is nothing we can do to fully show our appreciation and thanks for our Veterans," General Manager Jose Flores said in a press release, "November 11 is the day for the entire country to come together and show their own form of thanks and gratitude."

This is the sixth year the business has made the offer. Lunch on Friday is open to everyone, but Veterans can eat for free.
