Maine drug agents on Wednesday arrested four Milford residents on crack cocaine and fentanyl charges.

Members of the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, along with Penobscot County deputies and state troopers, searched a home on Main Road in Milford and seized 10 grams of suspected Fentanyl, 28 grams of crack cocaine and $1,500 in suspected drug proceeds, MDEA announced in a press release on Wednesday.

Shaina Tibbets, 27, Daniel Rogerson, 32, Albert Fairbrother, 31, and Chad St. Pierre, 39, each face at least one count of aggravated trafficking in schedule W drugs, the release said.

Agents said the charges were aggravated because a 3-year-old child was present during undercover drug transactions. The child has been turned over to the custody of DHHS case workers.

The four were taken to the Penobscot County Jail. The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are possible.
