Meteorologists with the National Weather Service are still unsure of much snow we could receive this weekend.

National Weather Service Meteorologist Tom Hawley told the Bangor Daily News the storm is expected to move into the state on Saturday and last into Sunday.

Hawley says the storm will likely produce snow and a mix of snow and rain along the coast.

“It looks like it could be a plowable event,” he told the BDN.

Hawley doesn't expect the storm to reach northern Maine. He says it will likely stay south of Houlton.
