Farmingdale Resident Attacked By Naked Man

Police say a Waterville man broke into a home while naked and punched a 65-year-old man in the face three times.

43-year-old Jonathan Choate of Waterville is charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief and assault.

Chief Deputy Ryan Reardon says when officers arrived at the victim's Farmingdale home early Sunday morning, Choate was sitting naked on the front porch.

Reardon says Choate told police he thought he was in Gardiner and he had no memory of how he arrived Farmingdale.

Choate pleaded not guilty to all charges on Monday.
