The annual Ring Farm Family Fun Day is coming up Saturday, with activities for all ages to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

If you're looking for something fun to do this weekend, this is a great choice! It's the 7th year the Ring Family has hosted the event at their farm, which is located at 1833 Hill Road in Canaan. It's just $20 per family to take part. Yup, that's per family, not per person!

Fun for all ages will be offered, including pumpkin carving, horse-drawn wagon rides, and live music. There will be chainsaw carving and blacksmith demonstrations, face painting, and a bounce house. A free lunch will be served up by Riverfront Barbeque. And you won't want to miss the yard sale, bake sale, raffles and more! The Darling's Ice Cream For A Cause truck will be at the farm, along with the Maine Operation Game Thief trailer.

It's all happening from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Ring Farm. And the best part about this whole event is that you get to have fun and benefit a great cause at the same time. Proceeds from the day will be donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, that grants wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses. Those wishes vary from trips to exotic places, attending sporting events, to something as simple as redecorating a teenager's bedroom.
