OK, lets admit it...for the most part, we all have a Facebook page, and for some, it's the first thing people check when they wake up in the morning, before we go to bed at night, and many, many times throughout the day! But when is it too much?

Now don't get me wrong, for those people that really use Facebook to keep in contact with family and friends, or the use of the social media site by law enforcement to help get the word out in a case they need the public's assistance in, or to spread the word of an upcoming event, that's what the social media giant is meant for.
