Day 1 of Every 15 Minutes happened yesterday at Ellsworth High School, and a video of the events of that day was produced and made available today.

The Every 15 Minutes website describes the program as, "an event designed to dramatically instill teenagers with the potentially dangerous consequences of drinking alcohol and texting while driving. This powerful program will challenge students to think about drinking, texting while driving, personal safety, and the responsibility of making mature decisions when lives are involved."

The video was produced by students at the Hancock County Technical Center.  Day 2, which includes the funerals, is happening today.

Watch this emotional video. Thank the agencies involved. Hope that the point gets across.
