Epidemic Continues–Avoiding the Flu at Work

Yikes! I think someone just sneezed and hacked down the hall. Has the flu finally made its way into the building?

We're all on pins and needles as the flu epidemic is sweeping the country making millions sick and even killing a few in the process. And honestly, I wish a few more would find the needle that contains the antibodies to keep the disease at bay. I'll attest that the flu shot does work. But how do you keep from getting sick in the workplace when the 'company' man or woman just can't seem to stay home.

Here's a great YouTube video from the ABC Network that might help you out. But the bottom line is to stay the heck home if you're sick. Quite literally, we'll all survive without you for a couple of days.
