I love Oreo Cookies! No, really, I do! So much so, that I'll eat just four everytime I open the container. Why four? Because five is too many, and three is not enough. Weird, huh? But my mild addiction isn't just in my head. Scientists have found the chocolate circles filled with creamy deliciousness to be as addictive as cocaine or morphine.

Two scientists at Connecticut College conducted some serious tests on lab rats, and found that high-fat/high-sugar foods stimulate the brain in the same way that drugs do. And guess what those furry little rats did? They split the cookie and ate the creamy center first. Sound familiar?
