Eat Up That Guacamole!
Frankly, I need no further incentive to eat guacamole but if I did, the fact that avacados are really good for you would provide the additional encouragement to eat more.
Now mind you, this particular study just released does not suggest you eat your weight in guacamole (because that could lead to weight gain and possibly excessive trips to the restroom) but it does talk about all the healthful benefits of avacado.
I love avacados so much and it’s one of the first fruits I’ve given my grandson as he ventures into eating “real” food. Yes, avacado is a fruit, not a veggie.
I will not concern myself with the fact the study was supported in part by the Hass Avacado Board. I’m already a loyal customer.
