Don’t Miss This Adorable Family Movie on Netflix [VIDEO]

A thoroughly charming, funny, and engaging animated movie is available on Netflix that your whole family will love. Settle in with some popcorn and watch 'Home' this weekend!

Jim and I are huge fans of Dreamworks animated films, so I have no idea how we missed this one. And I'll admit that when I first saw the entry on Netflix, it didn't immediately make me want to click on it. But Jim thought the animation looked impressive, so we gave it a shot. And you should too.

'Home' revolves around two main characters; a young girl named Tip and a Boov named Who. What's a Boov? Well, that's tough to explain. Let's just say he's a visitor from another planet. If I tell you any more, I just might give the story away. These two lost souls help each other in a sweet buddy adventure that will keep you laughing while it touches your heart.

Adding to the charm of this movie is an all-star cast. 'Who' is voiced by Jim Parsons, who's better known as Sheldon from the 'Big Bang Theory.' The character has some similarities to Sheldon at times, in his overly-logical childish view of the world. 'Tip' is voiced by pop star Rhianna, who instills a sense of strength in the girl while also making her seem incredibly vulnerable. Tip's Mom is played by Jennifer Lopez. And then there's the Boov's leader. His voice made me crazy. I knew it but I couldn't figure out who it was until I looked it up on IMDB.com. Steve Martin! He's hilarious!

If you couldn't tell by now, I highly recommend this movie!. It's made by the same folks who did two of my favorites, 'The Croods' and 'How To Train Your Dragon.' You'll love it!
