Dolly Parton To Perform on Bangor Waterfront

Country music legend Dolly Parton will perform on the Bangor waterfront this summer.

Parton will bring her "Pure and Simple" tour -- her largest in 25 years -- to Darling's Waterfront Pavilion in Bangor on Saturday, June 18, 2016.

Last week, Parton announced a 60-city summer tour, revealing only that the show will be largely acoustic, allowing her voice to take center stage.

Tickets for the Bangor show go on sale to the general public at noon on Saturday, April 2.
