Today is the 3rd Annual 'Joan Gaudet's Military Appreciation Day' at Wild Cow Creamery.

In memory of longtime Maine Troop Greeter, Joan Gaudet, celebrate with free ice cream at Wild Cow on the Bangor Waterfront and the Belfast Waterfront all day today (Aug 4th) to military men and women.

If you remember the documentary 'The Way We Get By' that's probably how you 'know' Joan. Or maybe you saw her at all hours of the day and night greeting the troops at Bangor Airport.
