On Sunday morning at 2AM November 6th Day Light Saving comes to and end this year and it is time once again to fall back one hour. Needless to say we do this most likely for some reason that is no longer valid but what the heck, let's do it anyway.

Now if you are like me falling back is much easier than spring ahead but it can still mess with your schedule. That said, I thought this doctor had some good suggestions about what you eat, when to get to bed and lights effect to keep us from having the change discombobulate us for a week. Watch and see if you don't agree and don't forget to set your clocks back on Saturday night.

While you are here let's look into why, just for fun. Great news it appears to be a good reason to eat more French fries.
