With a mix of new and popular Darius Rucker originals and some classic Hootie and the Blowfish tunes, there were a lot of smiles in the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion Friday night.

Opening acts Michael Ray and Dan + Shay got the crowd on their feet before the headliner Darius even took the stage. One of the highlights of the night was when all 3 acts joined on stage to perform the hit Hootie and the Blowfish single "Hold My Hand."

Other Hootie songs played during the night were "Time," "Let Her Cry" and "Only Wanna Be With You." Crowd favorites from the Darius Rucker originals were "Alright," "Homegrown Honey," "Don't Think I Don't Think About It" and "Southern State of Mind."

As a pleasant surprise Darius also performed some amazing covers of a variety of musical genres that all seemed to please the fans. "Friends in Low Places" first done by Garth Brooks turned into the '90s R&B hit from Blackstreet "No Diggity."
