How many times have we seen or heard about it through media? So many men have fallen short as a parent, even to the point of doing hard time in jail because of bad decisions. And how often do we hear about jail actually working as a form of rehabilitation? Not often.

A sheriff at a Richmond, Virginia prison decided that maybe something like a father-daughter dance might just be the thing to make prisoners realize that there's more important things in life than drugs and guns.
