Country Singer Jimmy Wayne Stops By Stephen King’s House [VIDEO]
While country singer-songwriter Jimmy Wayne was in Bangor last week, he -- like many people who visit the city -- apparently stopped by Stephen King's house.
Wayne, who's also an author and speaker, was in Bangor for the Maine Affordable Housing Conference, where he delivered the keynote speech at the Cross Insurance Center.
During the speech, Wayne, who grew up in foster care in North Carolina, advocated for extending foster care benefits to 21-year-olds.
Wayne has several hits including "Do You Believe Me Now," and "I Love You This Much."
Below is the video for Wayne's huge 2003 hit "Stay Gone."
(Oh, and next time you're in Bangor, Jimmy, stop by the station. We'd love to have you!)
