It was so sad to hear the news just a few short years ago that country great, Glen Campbell, had been diagnosed with that terrible disease we all know as Alzheimer's. Ever since then his family rallied to help him as he still tried to share his talent with adoring fans. Well, those days have now come to an end, as ABC News reports that the star has just been moved into a care facility, indicating his symptoms have become unmanageable for the family.

Galveston, Wichita Lineman, By the Time I get to Phoenix, Gentle on Mind, and Rhinestone Cowboy are just some of the trademark songs that will endure in country music history. We will always be grateful.

Please say a prayer for Glen and his family when you get a moment, and take some time to enjoy some of those songs that have meant so much to country fans everywhere.
