A 20-year-old man has been arrested and charged with murder in the shooting death of a teenager at a Portland recording studio.

The Portland Press Herald reports Johnny Ouch was taken into custody on East Valentine Street in Westbrook yesterday.

He’s accused of gunning down 19-year-old Treyjon Arsenault at Da Block Studios in the Old Port in May.

A second person, whose name has not been released, was also shot in the incident. He survived the shooting and is recovering from his injuries.
