Civil War Encampment this Weekend at Fort Knox

Living history, battle demos, and lots of cannon fire will take Fort Knox back to the1860's.

What better place than Fort Knox for the North and South to duke it out once again!? This weekend, July 23, 24th, the 20th Maine Company B and 15th Alabama will set up camp at the historic site to battle once again.

See what soldier life was like in those days, learn about their weapons and watch the Union and the Confederacy  go head to head near the Penobscot river.

The Fort Knox Civil War encampment will be Saturday and Sunday from 10AM-4PM. More details can be found here.
