Having a bad day? Does it lead to cursing? Not sure why they'd study at what time the average American curses for the first time in the day, but they did...and they do. Most first curses of the day occur at 10:54. As in "What time is @#$%! lunch?"

Cursing is the most popular way we express their frustration. Two thirds of us curse frequently. I find myself cursing to express frustration when something doesn't happen like I thought it would, but it's not a conscious thing. I vow to stop doing it right now. Back to the survey, Yelling is the second most popular method of relief, and sadly crying is third on the list.
