Cellphone Talking to Dead Prank the Best Ever [VIDEO]

Pranks are always funny, especially when they're pulled on someone else besides me. And this time of year the best pranks are those that center around the spirit world. It just so happens that the best and scariest prank ever was pulled off by a guy by the name of Jack Vale and his cohorts, where he used a victim's cellphone recording app. The result was both creepy and funny.
