Jim Cantore is called 'A Rock Star among Meteorologists.' He's the Weather Channel guy that files live reports from the heart of hurricanes and blizzards. This week he was reporting on the ice storm from Charleston, South Carolina when a college student came running and screaming into the scene...either to hug or tackle Cantore.
