February 10, 2013 More than anything, visibility was certainly the factor for the February Blizzard of 2013. The winds managed to 'drift up' the snow in unusual fashion at the Jewell homestead. The winds also took down a gutter downspout on the house and blew it and the plastic Lowes splash block into the back yard quite a distance
