March 26, 2013 I first saw this video of a citizen in southeast Texas give her description of a hailstorm on a major network. I laughed so hard. This lady described the true drama of storm that did a lot of damage. Now I'll warn you in advance, the takeaway word here is: KAPOOOYA!
