Hampden police have released the identity of a 21-year-old man who was fatally shot by a police officer last night. Cameron Arrigoni was killed when he allegedly pointed a gun at Sgt. Chris Bailey and Officer Bill Miller, who responded at around 9:20 to a report of a suicidal male with a possible gun involved.
