State police are asking for the public’s help with an investigation into an alleged stabbing on a remote road in Western Maine. Public Safety spokesman Steve McCausland said in a press release that a 33-year-old woman from Readfield drove herself to a Farmington hospital after suffering a stab wound on her arm.
