In 2003 Daryl Hall and John Oates were inducted into the 'Songwriters Hall of Fame' Billboard Magazine had them as #15 on their list of the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time, and the #1 Duo. But for half of Hall & Oates, it doesn't end there! 'Live from Daryl's House' is a completely live set performed in Daryl Hall's Garage that began as a webcast, and has since been picked up by various TV networks including VH1.
Auburn native Colin Britt was part of the 3 Penny Chorus and Orchestra when they wowed the "America's Got Talent" judges with an unusual version of the hit pop song, "Call Me Maybe." The group will now head to Las Vegas for the next round of competition!

Comedian and "Carol Burnett show" regular Harvey Korman died this week in 2008, at the age of 81. CNN reported that Korman had been at UCLA Medical Center for four months after suffering complications from an abdominal aortic aneurysm.
