The hills are still alive with the sounds of critics going after Carrie Underwood and her live performance on the 'Sound of Music' that debuted on NBC recently. I never caught her performance, but you must admit that it's quite a feat to tackle such an iconic role, especially live on television without the safety net of recording and multiple takes. I know of a great many that really enjoyed her performance, but there are always critics of all types that will go out of their way to voice disdain. And with the prevalence of social media, many can spread the 'hate-orade' pretty quickly. But our country music sweetheart apparently hasn't dealt with the criticism too well. I can't blame her.

In a recent story, Carrie has tweeted that 'Mean people need Jesus.' In other words, back off!
