A car, motorcycle, and truck show is being held in Augusta this Sunday to help  out a young man dealing with Cystic Fibrosis. Do you have a vehicle that you want to show off? Then they want you to show up in Augusta on Sunday and take part!

This is the 65 Roses show...so-called because a lot of people have a tough time saying "Cystic Fibrosis"...and 65 Roses sounds very similar. The proceeds from the day will go to help Shawn...a 33 year old man in need of a double lung transplant.

It's only ten dollars to enter a vehicle in the show..and that's good for admission for the driver and a passenger. Awards will be presented in several categories, including best car per decade...best build in process...and farthest traveled!

The 65 Roses, Lungs for Shawn car, truck, and motorcycle show will be held at the O'Connor Value Center on Riverside Drive in Augusta. Don't miss it Sunday from 8am to 2pm! Admission is $3 for spectators and kids 12 and under get in free! For more  information, call Ron Blaisdell at 446-8666.
