When many of us think of the term 'Bubble Boy,' a hilarious episode of 'Seinfeld' comes to mind. But for a little 5-year-old British boy, it's all too real and no laughing matter. Now, Seth Lane has taken to the internet to ask a favor - wear yellow on March 27th, take your picture, and post it. Simple enough!

Seth has Severe Combined Immunodeficiency, which means he spends his life living in a protective 'bubble.' Yahoo! says he's waiting for his second bone marrow transplant and so his family thought this would be a way to cheer him up.

The request is simple. The family's not asking for money or for you to mail cards. Just wear yellow on March 27th, post a picture on your social media account, like Facebook or Twitter. And don't forget to include #wearyellowforseth. The pictures will be printed out and posted around the room for Seth to enjoy. What an easy and wonderful way to show support for a very brave little boy!

Each time I hear of a child who's spent their life battling a serious illness it makes me count my blessings for three strong, healthy sons. I will be posting a picture of myself and maybe even Pernicus in yellow on March 27th. I hope you will too!
