[UPDATE] The Brewer Police Department on Tuesday placed Jarrod Williams under arrest after he was located in Bangor.

Earlier on Tuesday, police had asked for the public's help locating Williams, who had several active warrants, including one for terrorizing.

Williams, 40, of Brewer, first came to the attention of police when he allegedly threatened umpires at a little league game in Bangor. Williams was a coach of one of the teams who had been ejected from the 9-and-10-year-old all-star game between Bangor and Brewer.

He got in trouble again when he showed up at the Brewer Police Department, allegedly cursing at and making threats against people who were there to file a complaint against him. Officers tried to get Williams to leave, but he refused, until they attempted to arrest him. At that point, Police say he got into his car and started it up. Officers used a taser on him and arrested him.

Williams was being sought by police on active warrants for Violation of Bail, Terrorizing, and Disorderly Conduct.
