Brewer Man Recovering After Early Morning Accident

The discovery of a one ton super-duty truck in the woods off the southbound lane of I-95 in Carmel this morning led to the injured driver who had been ejected during the crash. Police say the man lay in the woods for hours before being discovered.

The man was taken to the hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries. Police have not released his name but say that he's a Brewer man in his mid 30's.

The truck was found about 25 feet into a wooded area off I-95 at around 5 o'clock Thursday morning. The accident, that police say happened sometime late Wednesday night, is under investigation.
